As a determined step to adopt XBRL in China, Shanghai Stock Exchange (SSE) launched a program of mandatory filing in this new standard and technology in 2004. In addition to regulatory reporting, Corporate Action announcement is going to XBRL recently. What¡¯s more, China Securities Regulation Committee (CSRC) announced a project of XBRL filing of funds. Some large domestic accounting firms have also being committed to assist listed companies to prepare their financial reports in XBRL.
