Lido XBRL Desktop Suite is a set of software tools to implement key functions of XBRL. It represents New Lido’s unbeatable strength as a leader in XBRL in China. The desktop applications are built on the top of Lido’s core technology of XBRL. It fully conforms to XBRL Specification 2.1 and supports Financial Reporting Taxonomy Architecture (FRTA)1.0.

The desktop suite includes Taxonomy Creator, Excel loader, XBRL Instance Editor and XBRL Validator and user manager. The tool offers pre-defined templates to ease preparing financial reports, while user can design its own

set of taxonomy to flexibly represent the information of its own special business rules or industry requirements. Customer’s data in traditional manner such as MS Excel can be seamlessly loaded into the system to be processed and results in an XBRL instance document. The instance document can transform to MS Word format. The tool also has feature of access control.

Official regulations of information disclosure are embedded into the tool, which greatly help to correctly input and edit XBRL document. The validation process guarantees resulting instance document valid to XBRL standards, business rules and government regulations.
